Our idea for the drone and artificial tree was not instantaneous. We slowly came up with the idea through research and experiments.
We added extra functions to the Artificial tree, making it use solar power and take C02 out of the air.
At first, we wanted to replant trees with drones. However, we realized that replanting did not stop forest fires- just temporarily delayed the impact. Additionally, replanting takes time and many animals would still die.
We were going to use a magnifying glass to create fire for controlled burns. However, it was to heavy and could not create a strong fire. Instead, we used butane.
We wanted to use water to put out fires, but it was too heavy and would weigh the drone down. Instead, we used sound waves.
We decide to combat deforestation.
